Railroad tracks at Milwaukee Way and Lincoln Avenue and also on 11th Street in the South Harbor are currently closed. Expect delays in the area. The closure is also impacting access to the East Sitcum Terminal (formerly OCT). Traffic is expected to reopen later this morning.
